SinoMandarin Institute Nigeria does not issue refunds under any circumstance, for any membership tier or billing period. This applies to monthly charges, prorated upgrade charges, and any other membership-related payment.
If you no longer wish to continue your membership, you may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period, you retain full access until then, and no further charges will occur.
In rare cases, our admin team may grant a goodwill access extension at their discretion. This is not a refund and is handled case-by-case; it is not guaranteed and cannot be requested as a right.
